This is beautiful. I feel like I first learned this when I was teaching at a charter school. Sometimes my reactions or decisions were more based on the kind of day I was having than the specifics of what a particular kid did or didnāt do. If I responded poorly, I always tried to own it and I think this was surprising to the kids too. I appreciate the work you are doing.
