We do need to be reminded of this. Regularly. For ourselves. And about others. American culture is nose to the grindstone. It does not make any of us healthy or happy. We need to relearn balance. Thanks for the reminder.
Actually, this weekend I learned that the American culture is "nose to the cell phone". People out and about, in a place where God's beauty is all around them, and their faces are burried in their phones; to the point where they trample others because they aren't paying attention. Part of "Rest", is putting away the phone.
