Thank you both for writing this piece. Lately my heart has been broken by what is happening to the homeless in our country. It feels like these policies against them have become a wave of hate and judgement. 💔😢 🙏🏻
Thank you for sharing about this. It’s so important for us to understand how these laws and these views are harming people made in God’s image. Grateful for you!
This message is especially important this time of year, as many people prepare to celebrate Christmas. Thank you, Kevin and Zach, for your leadership and clear voices.
My experience has been that people living at the margins are likely to remain there, but life has also taught me that people experience all kinds of problems that limit their economic and social abilities. That said, I think that it’s better to err on the side of compassion and sharing rather than being stuck on assessing whether someone could do better through their own efforts. Who couldn’t do better? I don’t remember Jesus asking that.
So let's compound the problem by kicking the disabled and the elderly off social security and veterans off benefits. Yeah, your only 90, get back to work.

I wrote Ken Paxton’s email the scripture that references not suing believers. I am generally most legalistic to Republicans.

Ken Paxton is not human. He is a cruel, heartless monster. My heart breaks for the people in Texas who care about humanity
